A decade of standing between owners and contractors on commercial construction sites.

I started supervising commercial job sites on behalf of owners more than ten years ago, when a small group of investors in San Antonio asked me to be on-site daily for a build they couldn't watch themselves. That role — being the owner's eyes, ears, and voice on the ground — turned into the practice that is FM360 Group today. My job is to oversee contractors so they deliver higher quality, on time, and within budget. I work directly with developers, investors, and brand owners across the San Antonio–Austin corridor, supervising tenant improvements, ground-up builds, and national rollouts.

Supervising commercial construction sites in Texas

San Antonio – Austin

Local codes, local trades, local expectations

Owner-side only

I represent the owner, not the contractor

I make sure your contractors deliver what they promised — on time, on budget, on spec.

Commercial construction is too expensive to manage from a phone screen. When you can’t live on the job site — that’s exactly when you need someone who can, and who reports straight to you.

Day-to-day

Representing the owner during construction

I represent owners, investors, and developers directly in front of general contractors, subs, and trades (MEP — mechanical, electrical, plumbing) during commercial construction. I supervise on-site progress, audit reports, and verify that what gets billed matches what gets built.

When there’s a call to make, I’m the one in the room — not a middleman, not a consultant on Zoom. Your decisions come straight through me.

Pre-construction

Catching problems before they cost you

I review architectural drawings and detect gaps or conflicts between disciplines before they become change orders. I coordinate between architects, engineers, contractors, and the owner — translating between each party’s language so decisions land cleanly.

It’s cheaper to fix a problem on paper than mid-pour. A two-hour review can save weeks on the schedule.

Beyond representation

Development advisory and operational consulting

Beyond representing owners on active projects, I advise on feasibility, market evaluation, and value-add real estate (acquire, improve, revalue). For brands expanding into Texas, I offer operational consulting on tenant improvements and ground-up builds.

Same eye, applied earlier. Diagnosis before you sign, not after.

Experience

10+ years supervising Texas job sites

I've supervised commercial construction projects across the San Antonio–Austin corridor on the owner's side — from tenant improvements to ground-up builds to multi-site brand rollouts.

Tenant improvements oversight
I supervise commercial space remodels: retail, restaurants, and corporate offices.
Ground-up builds oversight
From dirt to certificate of occupancy, with a single point of contact on the owner's side.
National brand rollouts oversight
I oversee multi-site expansions into Texas with consistent quality store to store.
MEP coordination
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordinated as a system, not three separate trades.
Texas building codes
Local codes, local trades, and Texas-developer expectations.
Direct owner reporting
You hear from me, not a junior — when there's a call to make, I'm the one in the room.
